Remax has put together a program to assist people who would like to sell their homes. The aptly named “Fit To Sell” program is a series of quick videos that highlight some of the important things to consider when putting your house up for sale.
As home-owners we have an emotional attachment to the property that other people won’t have. Therefore we have to step out of our own shoes and into the shoes of a potential buyer for a while and look at things from a different angle.
Remax charged me two bucks for this series of videos, but I’m a generous fellow, so I’ll pass this information along for free. That’s just the type of guy I am.
