Wow, what can I say about this one. Needs a little work? I would be lying to you. This place needs a lot of work.

It's a semi detached, so you can't very well go and knock it down now, can you? I have pictures of the inside, but I don't think you are brave enough to see them. I required therapy for a couple of weeks after going in there to snap them. Usually I will lounge around a new listing to get a feel for the place, but I couldn't hold my breath for long enough to get any type of feel other than that tingly sensation that I get down the back when I witness a disaster of some sort.

The upside.

Great location in the heart of Belleville. Coleman street is undergoing a gentrification process, and pretty soon all these old buildings will be brought back to life, much like what has occured in Cabbagetown.

$79,900 is pretty reflective of the amount of work that has to be done. Please don't call me up for a showing and then complain that the place looks like crap. Of course it does, it's being sold for $79,900. There are no free lunches. Do not think you can buy the place, put 20 grand into it and then sell it for a couple of hundred thousand. That will not happen. Do not think that you can move in and do the work to the place while you are living there. That won't happen either. Be realistic.

If you seriously have the wherewithall to bring this place back to life, this could be the bargain of a lifetime. If you don't, please don't waste both our times, this could be your ruination.
